Sweet cocktail with a cherry garnish
1.5 oz of Chambord
1.5 oz of Jack Daniels Apple
1.5 oz of lemon juice
0.5 oz of simple syrup
0.5 oz of grenadine
This is a sweet cocktail! Adjust the Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup to your taste. Shake with ice and garnish with a cherry or two.

1 oz of Chambord (or a regular raspberry liqueur)
1 oz of Sweet and Sour Mix
1 oz Spiced Rum
Mix ingredients together over ice in a tumbler. Shake well, and strain into a whiskey sour glass. Adjust sour mix ratio to taste.
Delish and frothy like Carrie Fisher
1 oz Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum
1 oz De Kuyper Blue Curacao
1/2 oz fresh squeezed Lime Juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
Shake with ice, strain, and serve over ice with a lime twist

2 oz bourbon
1 oz of lemon juice
3/4 oz of simple syrup
an egg white (optional)
some red wine to pour over, about 1/2 oz
Shake with ice, strain, and serve over ice with a lime twist
